Clearflight pied removes the pigment from select feathers on the budgies head wings and tail (making them yellow or white).
Pied Markings: There should be a pied patch on the back of the head. The primary flights and sometimes up to the shoulders and tail feathers should have various pied markings.. There should be not be pied feathers on the body like dominant and recessive pied. Cheek Patches: Depending on the pied effected feathers they can be normal (violet etc) or white. |
Eye Color And Iris At Maturity: Black eyes with white iris.
Mature Adult Cere Color: Deep blue in males and light blue/white to tan in females depending on if they are in breeding condition. |
