We ship your products to you directly from The Bird Care Company in England for the freshest products.
Most orders will arrive in 6-14 business days from the date of shipment depending on your specific location.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct when placing your order, and that someone will be home to accept the package upon arrival. Incorrect addresses and refused/return to sender orders will need to be reshipped at the purchasers expense in addition to the original shipping costs. There are no exceptions as we can only be responsible for shipping the items to the address specified. Thank you!

Free and discounted shipping is offered within the continental U.S.A and Canada only. Free/discounted shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico unless stated otherwise.
Returning Or Exchanging Items
Returns: Returnable items must be un-opened and returned within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund minus any shipping and handling costs, and any returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company with a tracking number, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
The original receipt must be included with the items, as well a written reason for the return.
Opened, used, damaged or soiled products will not be accepted for return. No exceptions.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item please contact us. You may then place a new order with your new request, and then return the unwanted products We will then refund your first order, and charge you for the new correct one once we receive it. Shipping and handling on exchanges will be the purchasers responsibility on exchanges.
All exchanges must include your original receipt and a written reason for the exchange.
