The Biggest problems if you allow them to stay in the food dish:
The chicks will chill The chicks will fall out The chicks will develop splayed legs The chicks are in a greater danger of being attacked

The most important thing at this point is to give your pair the most nutritious food you can and to keep the babies as warm and draft free as possible. It is not a good idea to move them at this point, but it is something to be ready for in the future as the chicks get bigger and grow in number. Providing us with some pictures of your set up will help a lot in figuring out what to do next. until then cover the cage on 3 sides with a sheet if possible to prevent drafts and work on giving them lots of good foods

Since it is a lone chick I would not have moved it yet, the dish you have is very deep and it has room being an only chick. if it had other siblings to keep it warm yet would be different to move it now.
I would not hesitate to move it back how you had it It is very important to take everything into cosideration before suggesting to a move with a chick that can not even maintain it own body heat.
