Every pair is now officially sitting on eggs as of today! 

We are up to 10 eggs as of today between 4 pairs so far! Tayce and Roscoe should have their first egg in the next day or two. 

Persis and Takoda did not hit it off as I had hoped in terms of bonding, so I repaired him with one of my TCB hens, Zelia, this week. They hit it off immediately and she has been in her box constantly the last couple of days, so eggs should not be too far off for her and Takoda!

The first eggs are here for 3 of our pairs!

I can see definitely egg bums in at least 4 of the 6 pairs I have set up so far! The first eggs are only a few days away at most.

The nest boxes are up, and most of the hens have immediately taken full advantage of that fact and have immediately been in and out, kicking out the shavings and making their nests as they would like them to be.
