Senica and Silas have 3 fertile eggs today as of today! It seems that it took them 5 infertile eggs to finally get they hang of things, but they did it! Senica is being very ambitious with this first clutch, 9 eggs so far (eek!) so I am relieved that they were not all fertile for her first time. I just hope she stops laying now! 3 is a good number of chicks for a first time momma.
